Robbie and Laura brought Aaron and Ruthie over to meet June for the first time. As Brandon and Aaron were playing in the keeping room Brandon came running in and said “Mommy, I have a problem.” Christie asked “What’s the problem?” and Brandon replied “I’m not sharing!”. Thankfully, there’s an easy fix for that.

See more photos from this gallery...Today was Brandon’s first day of preschool. The open house was on Monday when he had the opportunity to meet his teacher so that when we brought him to school today he was already familiar with his classroom environment. Christie and I brought him to the drop-off area and a teacher came to the car to retrieve him and bring him to his classroom. As she is unbuckling him she says “Hi Brandon, how are you?” and Brandon responds with an enthusiastic “I’m feeling great!” followed immediately by “I have a new baby sister!” And with that, he jumped out of the car, grabbed the teacher’s hand and off he went. Christie broke down watching her baby grow up before her very eyes. Man, time flies.
Our two year-old son, Brandon, is apparently dissatisifed with our current sticker inventory that we use to reward good behavior. The other day he pleaded his case to Christie trying to convince her that we needed a better choice of stickers. He began listing characters that he would like us to buy in sticker form. His closing argument was simply “I’ll poop on the potty for a Mack (from Cars) sticker.” Two years old and he is negotiating the terms of his potty training.
